Tradex competitions are simulated educational challenges. Entry does not create a brokerage account, investment account, or right to withdraw virtual balances. All balances, positions, orders, returns, and leaderboard results are simulated and have no cash value.

Each competition may establish its own eligibility, start and end dates, starting balance, permitted instruments, scoring method, prize description, and other event-specific rules. Where event-specific rules conflict with these general Competition Terms, the published event rules control for that event.

Entrants receive a system-assigned public nickname. Tradex may display that nickname, simulated account equity, simulated percentage return, rank, and competition status on public or member-facing leaderboards. Real names and email addresses are not intended to appear on competition standings.

Leaderboards display actual eligible competition entrants only. Tradex may limit the primary standings display to the top 25 ranked entrants. If more than 25 entrants participate, an entrant outside the top 25 may still be shown their own rank separately when signed in. The number of displayed leaderboard rows may increase or decrease as entrants join, withdraw, are disqualified, or otherwise change eligibility.

Competition accounts use a separate fixed simulated starting balance and cannot be refilled or reset during an active competition unless the published event rules expressly state otherwise. Tradex may remove or disqualify entries for manipulation, abuse, duplicate participation, exploitation of platform errors, prohibited automation, or other conduct that undermines fair competition.

Any prize is awarded only under the published rules for the applicable competition. Tradex may require reasonable eligibility verification before awarding a prize. Simulated returns do not represent actual trading performance and are not evidence of future investment results.
